Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

It’s easy, you can book through our website and receive a invoice, or call/text us at 813-444-4399 to request the item and date, we will need your email to send over an invoice. once you have reviewed the invoice please follow the prompts to pay the deposit. On the day of the event you will receive an email to pay the remaining balance due.

Depends, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out with gas prices on the rise there may be a small fuel charge for areas nearby.

No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play.

That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the Friday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.

Yes. A blower keeps air in the inflatable unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That’s why we require an outlet within 100ft of the unit or a generator. normal extension cords can pop your circuit breaker or can cause a fire. so we bring our own heavy duty 10 gauge extension cords. (50-100ft)

We use square app through our website, you will first receive an emailed invoice. Once reviewed, follow the prompts to place the deposit. On the day of the event you will be emailed again by square requesting the remaining balance due. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.

Please contact us, also deposits are non-refundable however we do allow rain checks for 60 days from your event date if you have to cancel.

Yes all orders require deposit based on a percentage of the entire quote. They are Non-refundable if you cancel your order. However you will be given a rain check that is good for 60 days.

We need at least a 4-5ft wide path for some of the larger units, normal side gate entry width is good for most of our units. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our phone number to discuss options for setup.

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don’t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator. Also silly string, gum, candy and food stains or cleaning will be subject to $150.00 cleaning charge. Silly string damage is permanent and will be charged the entire cost of the unit, please be aware of this, once paid you will own the unit.
